How do I return an item?

1) If you receive merchandise in error, have a claim for defective merchandise, or shortages please call our customer service as soon as possible. We must have a claim within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Call: 323.587.0006 and/or send email.

2) All requests to return merchandise must be pre-approved by our customer service. You will be issued a return authorization number that must appear on the outside of all boxes being returned. All merchandise returned must be sent prepaid shipping and in good condition.

3) All defective merchandise will be only accepted if returned within 30 days of purchase, that has not been customer misused, and is returned in its original packaging. It will be to our discretion to either replace or repair. We will not issue credit on returned merchandise. No warranty for items under $ 2.50 per unit.
 
4) All merchandise is carefully packed and we cannot be held responsible for damage in transit. All claims must be made with UPS, the Post office or the Trucking Company which the merchandise was originally sent. We advise you to inspect and count your packages before signing the delivery papers.
