TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) We accept Paypal, Master Card, Visa, Discover,American Express Certified company checks in advance or Wire Transfers. Sorry no
C.O.D.
2) All special and custom orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
3) Merchandise refused or returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking fee & freight charges. All deposits
will be forfeited.
4) If you receive merchandise in error, have a claim for defective merchandise, or shortages please call our
customer service as soon as possible. We must have a claim within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
5) All requests to return merchandise must be pre-approved by our customer service. You will be issued a
return authorization number that must appear on the outside of all boxes being returned. All merchandise returned
must be sent prepaid shipping and in good condition.
6) All defective merchandise will be only accepted if returned within 30 days of purchase, that has not been
customer misused, and is returned in its original packaging. It will be to our discretion to either replace or
repair. We will not issue credit on returned merchandise. No warranty for items under $ 2.50 per unit.
7) All merchandise is carefully packed and we cannot be held responsible for damage in
transit. All claims must be made with UPS, the Post office or the Trucking Company which the merchandise
was originally sent. We advise you to inspect and count your packages before signing the delivery papers.
8) No part of this catalog may be reproduced without written authorization.
9) Errors and omission accepted. All prices and packaging are subject to change without prior notice. Item number, bar code, prices and case packs are also subject to change without prior notice.
10) All bounced checks will have a $35.00 penalty fee (no exceptions).
11) We assume no liability in trademark/copyright disputes. The logos, insignias, designs, trademarks, and
registered symbols which are printed in this catalog are not presented for resale with these specific logos on
them. They are not to be construed as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark
owners.
RETURN POLICY
•No claims allowed unless
made by purchaser in writing within 10 days from date of sale or
delivery of merchandise. Defective merchandise will only be accepted
with prior authorization and within 30 days of purchase. It is to the
seller's discretion to either repair or replace the defective
merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in good condition and in
its original package. All pre-approved returns must be sent to the
seller at the purchaser's expense. Seller will under no circumstances be
liable to the purchaser or other persons for labor charge or for any
separate, special, indirect or consequential damage of any kind arising
out of or by reason of the sale of any merchandise. No warranty
expressed or implied is made in connection with the sales of goods
except as stated above.
